Default 2000 cr125

ive got a 2000 cr125 and i cant seem to get the adjustments for my forks and rear shock. when i hit the whoops and breaking bumps. it really throws me off. what should i set it at. Clicks?

Are you the original owner? What springs? When was it last serviced? You need to go into better detail than throws you off... what exactly is it doing?

im having trouble setting the clicks right every little bump wares me out reall quick. im not sure if its too soft or too hard. do you know the stock settings?
