Great instuctions Woody... They look great. I'll thow in a couple of x-tra tips since I do this for a living. (quite often on my bike also) 1. Stay away from Glass Cleaner if you can for application. The manufacturers recommend nothing with amonia for the adhesive. I buy application fluid, but water with a drop of Dish soap works great. Alot of sign shops still mix their own. 2. I always Clean with alchohol, like you said... it works the best. you can use glass cleaner, but make sure you get all of the residue off..... You usually have alchohol laying around anyway. 3. Use a squeegee (plastic, like a bondo spreader)... to fimly press the decals down, and to remove air bubbles and wrinkles. Do it again after it's dry (5 min. in warm weather) This is important because the adhesive is pressure sensitive. The harder you press, the better it sticks. I have sleeves for the squeegees so I don't scratch the vinyl, but you can use a rag. i usually use very thin vinyl, (2mil)- that i use for lettering signs and trucks, though... The stuff you buy for the bikes is very thick (10 mil) - and doesnt' scratch easily. just my .02

well I got another way to do this. I guess you could say its the redneck way. But b4 I start ,Woody you did a awesome job!!!!. Here is the bubba Gump way. Go fill your bath tub up with the hottest water as you can stand. Throw your new stickers and plastic parts into the water. Do not get in with them(big mistake if your hairy). After about 5 minutes peel your sticker backing off and float your graphics into place. You can remove the bubbles out pretty easy also with your fingers. Just my way of thinking out of the box.......just not the tub,lol

Sorry about this stupid question, but what exactly is "rubbing alcohol"? Is it like methylated spirits or something? My graphics arrived here and I am using a formula of water, dishwashing liquid, and rubbing alcohol. Thanks for your help!
