I dont see the pictures either but i think i get the idea on how to build one. But i have one question, how do you pressurize your motor? Tire pump, air compressor????

Here's an updated thread that has pics. It's hard to remember all the threads that need to be changed when you switch hosts for photos. Use an air pump, you only need 6 psi.

Default leaker

i dont see the pics. i am thinking the valve stem is with the gauge to pressure the line. i have a rm 125 that is sucking oil into the cylinder and i changed the seal but it still leaks. this will be a great cheap way to check it. thanks faded.

Default leak tester/ faded

i built one and got a valve stem from pep boys then drilled out a pvc 1/2 cap and put the stem thru it to pressure it. now the problem. it is a 1987 rm 125. when i put pressure to it the exhaust valve opens and lets the pressure out. does this mean it is pushing past the rings and i need to do the top end or is it something i am missing? thanks for any help.

I would have to say yes, you are leaking past the rings. But first, are you checking with the piston at tdc? And also, if you are leaking oil into the cylinder and you replaced a seal, which seal did you replace? Clutch side or mag side?
