Default Mr 250 Worth anything?

This is my dad's bike, and well it sat for like 6 years and i kinda adopted it for a loaner to friends. It cleans up pretty well. Honestly its just as dependable as my 05, when its been ran reguraly it will start right up. Ive never ran a compression test or anything on it but it does run good. There is minor things like the exhaust bracket needs to be welded, a small dent in the gas tank and little things.

Does anyone have any idea what its worth? Dad's been toying with the idea of selling it and he would really like a four wheeler for hunting and such. If i were to spend a weekend on it it cleans up pretty well.
Oh, and i had an offer at one point 4 $800.

That's a 76 MR250. It's worth somewhere around 800-2000 depending on where you advertise it and how clean it is when you post the photos. You will get the most from selling it on EBAY or the AHRMA.org site but you will probably have to deal with shipping it.

Those bikes should be popular with the AHRMA Cross Country guys.

Except that in 1982, $800 was worth more than it is today. Kids and finances, now there's a winning combo.

and the bike i bought last year has lost probaly 2000 from what i paid for it. so the inflation over 24 years really isnt too bad.
