Remember my father-in-law going to them in the late 60's.

Yeah it's not too bad but has two small dimples from a tank slapper once or twice . Best thing is no rust inside

That is one sweet looking bike - very nice work! I can't get over
the excellent condition it was in to start with, you just don't see
unrestored 30+ year old bikes that aren't clapped out very often.
A true testament to the care and dedication you provided over
the years.

I love the old Huskys. Back in the day, they were the bike to beat.
I switched to Husqvarna for one year -'76 (got a support deal from
a local dealer) and did some damage on a 360 Mikola Replica. Great
times.

The 360 MR is one of the bikes on my list to restore in the near future.
After working on Hondas recently, it will be interesting to see what the
parts availability and cost is like for one of the euros - can't wait.

Thanks dogger, you'd be surprised on how easy the parts are to come by for these Husky's but man they are real proud of those parts.
Makes me crazy having to pay out big bucks for them. I guess that's why they have made a business out of it..

Heck no it ain't... that's why I don't even bother trying.

The bike looks great. I put in a few laps on a '74 Husky 250 the other day... had an absolute blast on it!

Flash, bring her out to 3 Palms this weekend. The Rio race got moved to the river track. Should be all kinds of fun! The weather is looking to be awesome...nice and cool for a change.
