![]() Hey everyone.. I have an 05 yz85 and I'm looking for the cheapest route to paint my bike frame... I have a sand blaster at my school so getting rid of the old paint wont be a problem. Do you think I could just leave it the colour of the steel? or would the frame still get worn out and look bad again? Should I use automotive grade primer, paint and clear coat to paint it? Thanks everyone in advance. |

![]() Use self etching primer and the several good coats of what ever paint you want to use. Paw Paw |

![]() It will not last as long as powder coating, but it will last a while. Paw Paw |
