Default Yz250f no power

Hey guys new to riding dirt. Used to Harley's and EFI bikes. Bought a 2006 yz250f from a reputable dealer. Went to ride it today and after warning up for a few minutes I disengaged the choke and put it in first. Let out the clutch and have it gas but there was almost nothing behind it. I could hit the rev limiter with it in first and barely be going anywhere. Anyone have any suggestions or advice on what this may be?

Along with the clutch slipping, I would check the final drive gears to see if they have been changed so that it has no speed.
If the wrong oil is in the engine it will cause the clutch to slip.
