Default You might be thinking of Motorcycles too much if...

I had a funny happen to me today when I was feeding my daughter (she's 5 months old) some canned food for the first time.

My wife asked me how she was doing, and I said:

"If she would stop grabbing my throttle hand, it would be a lot easier"

I had to after saying that.

I know I've been thinking about riding a lot though, because I've not been able to ride for 3 weeks, and I've been doing visualization techniques to hopefully help me get better at riding (mostly technique stuff, like weight the outside peg etc).

anyway, I had to share...

Ever done something like that?

Every time I wake myself up due to snoring I'm dreaming about racing. The snoring is my little thumper's exhaust. Good dreams.

Yep. Only it's archery related. When I've been putting alot of practice in every number I see becomes a yardage I shoot in my mind. I catch myself day dreaming for quite some time before I get back to real life. Then Karen looks at me with one of her, "Where Have You Been" looks.

When I'm driving and see the approaches in the ditch or any sharp hills I think they would sure be fun to hit with a bike. Then when I see a golf course my mink goes on overload........ could you imagine how much fun a bike of a golf course would be? 2nd gear roost on a golf green = .

Would thinking about feathering the clutch in a car work lol. I thought about it but then decided to downshift for the turn. My brother yells at me everytime he gets in my car telling me to keep the rpm's down because its not a 2 stroke.

I remember seeing a piece about exactly that, in DB magazine...I think it was in the early '80s. There was a golf course that was being turned into some kind of "development"....so some promoter got ahold of it and held a race on it, before the equipment came in. The demand was so high, entry fee was in the hundreds of dollars.
