Yeah maybe, but I have been riding 2t for a long time and thought id change things up. Once the 250f started making 40+ hp stock I was sold. And because I enjoy wrenching, I actually kind of like the more complex motor.
Just sold the 125 a couple of weeks ago so it's thumpers only now.

As long as you're having fun, that's all that matters. You will definitely get a lot of "wrenching" time trying to keep your thumper happy, so it's all good.

But I'm not as fast as you are so I can use this powerband better. Even you have to admit this Honda head is perty

Ti exh valves, PC port, 14:1 piston and cam. She scoots!

And speaking wrenching, I love the EFI. Don't mind tinkering in the garage, not so much trackside. Had enough of the carburetors thank you very much.

hey Geoff nice bike

Last week a major milestone in the house, my son passed his Tex real estate exam on Thursday and graduated high school on Saturday! Very proud of the boy! He has picked the right career path for himself, he spends so much time broke off from riding he can't have a labor job. Like lawdog wobbling around the courtroom on a cast lol.(speaking of where'd e goes) Now I guess I should start preparing myself for the inevitable. Moving out. I am so glad we have riding together to keep us connected. Dragging him over to sit around and chat doesn't lite the fire like calling him up and saying "bikes are loaded, meet me at the track!" He'll be there
