What's up w/ ATM store?

Hey all - does anyone know what's going on with the ATM store? I purchased some goods on the 19th, and haven't seen them yet. I sent a PM to Tyler on the same day confirming the order, but I still haven't heard a reply. 3 weeks of my bike being down is getting me edgy... My order stsus hasn't changed, nor have I received any emails notating the transaction. Any input appreciated!

I paid via Paypal to Tyler's Paypal - the same account I paid to on a transaction from April (that stil says processing on "my account" even though I got that stuff at the end of March). I had a hard time completing the transaction through the ATM site, so I went on to Paypal and sent the $ directly. That's what my PM to Tyler indicated so there wasn't any confusion or ship delay. I have the Paypal transaction ID # if needed...

Well, then that would be the problem. I will ship out your clutch lever assembly and grips tomorrow, the other stuff is out of my hands, I'll also notify Tyler and find out where the slip up was. Because the system didn't receive payment notification the order was never sent to me. I'll get it sent right away. The two items I mentioned actually ship from California, so you should get those fairly quick.

Thanks - those are the 2 most important things to get me rolling again. I wish there was a "contact us" link right on the store page - I figured the PM thing would work. Thanks for the help!
