Default video sizing

hey everyone sorry i know this isn't having to with anything moto but i know that there are people here who are very good with computers and video making so maybe someone wil have my answer, i have some movies i downloaded, and i want to downsize them to 320 by 240 resolution, what would be the best and easiest way to that, maybe this has something to do with moto , if someone is making riding videos this could help them, anyone have any suggestions? thank you
