what is a 4 stroke tire? what kind of terrain is it used for ? is soft i know its not is it intermidate or hard. just trying to understand these new tires.

4 stroke tires have combustion every other revolution. 2 stroke tires light off each time around, more fun but a little less tractable....

To take advantage of what JMV mentioned, some if the makers decided to make tires with a little more reinforced carcass to resist flexing on the less frequent but bigger hits that come with the 4stroke engine.
