Default standard, o-ring or x-ring KX125

Hey chain gods I've a few questions. I'm doing a bunch of work on my girlfriends bike and i was wonder what kinda of chain to get. I have heard the the o-ring chains cause a dragging feeling on. almost like the brake is pressed..is this true? I know the advantages to the o-ring but if theres a disadvantage to these chains on a 03 KX125.

PS she is not one of those sit down and putt putt girls either she actually races.

the o-ring chain will rob you of horse power bc of the extra drag. I'd go with a standard gold chain. Like renthal works or a DID or RK gold chain.

Personally I'd stick with a non ring chain for anything under 250cc.

My vote if for non ring chain as well. I don't notice the drag on my 450, but it does drag pretty bad when I just spin the wheel.
