Default Spacing between whoops

Does anyone know what a good distance would be for the distance between each whoop? We built ours at uneven intervals but after riding it a few times, I think an even distance between them would be a wise choice. Currently the greatest distance is about a 1 1/2 bike lengths and the least is a little over 1/2 bike length.

any suggestions?

thanks,
b

Those are some damn rollers, not whoops. How tall are they.

They are only about 1.5 to 2 foot high...not too big but big enough to make you grit your teeth.

Okay..... I think it would be best if you think of whoops as the rows a tractor makes (not a 426). Just build em like that, only not as close.

Wait are those measurments from the base of the whoops or top, if its the top of em that sounds about right. just make em about 3 or 4 feet tall

Wheaty, mine are spaced about 1/2 bike length apart, my bike would straddle the gap if you get mt drift.

Thanks Jim,

It's kinda hard to judge distance when your on a D3 cat if you have never driven one. I'll get them pushed closer together tonight and let you know how it turns out.
