Default So I've done it all

Or almost all. Dirtbiking of all sorts from track to trail to flat track to fmx, atv's, mini bikes, streetbikes, scooters and so on.

Theres on thing I havent done, and thats combine 2 of my favorites. So, with that said the streetbike is for sale, but I dont think I'm gunna leave the streets. Once sold (saturday I hope), I think I'm gunna try my hand on a motard bike. I'm looking to hopefully get a 02-04 450 of sorts that may already be done up, or a real cheap one I can do up myself. I *LOVE* the 'urban freestyle.' I've messed with it on the mini bike and did a bit of it on the streetbike, so I think the best way to go is a dirtbike with some slicks and some lights, heh.

So lets all pray this dang cbr sells on saturday

-Max

PS. Heres a little bit of what I want to do, heh.

Oh man be SURE and post some pics when you pick it up. That sport has been tempting me for some time, sounds like a BLAST to me.

Good luck!

It's just all a matter of getting this streetbike first. Dont know if I want to try racing SM or not, but it would just be TONS of fun especially on some of the streets around here.

Have you looked into that 450smr ktm. Its all ready in a nice little package for u lol. I would love to put slicks on my bike and go rippen up and down the streets to school. There so many steps at the university i could drop down.
Wanna know what would be intense, making your sport quad a super motard, and lowering it for the street ????

Haha yea, I've been looking into the KTM's. I found a few nice ktm's for about 4grand.

Also found a few quadzillas and ltz450's etc. set up with slicks. Seems like it would be fun, but not for me. I looove jumping on the street. We'd always find stuff to jump on the streetbikes, but could never go wfo into them like ya can on a SM.

Yea, but i dont know about that quad thing b/c i dont know if u can register them for street, even with blinkers and lights.

However it would be really fun to jump on one of those light 450s, be it 10 feet of steps, or a ridge in the road, just imagine how easy it would be to get where u want to go to. Heavy traffic ~ go through the ravine lol . You could go anywhere.

Oh definitely. I've had the 70 out for some 'urban motocross' (permission granted mind you) and its loads of fun. I have so much fun on that, and thats obviously limited due to lack of power and suspension, hence why I want a motard now, heh.

Well... this was a waste of bandwith. I realized I have 115 days till I leave for the marines, and have no money. Buddy said he'd sell his xr100 to me for $800 (minty 2000), and the brother needs a bigger bike, soooooooo Im pickin that up tomorrow or sunday. Oh well, little bikes are fun too

Wow, that was a cool video! Was it me, or did he put his helmet on after the police came?

Good luck!

I know this isn't a super motard bike, but I checked out a BMW GS650 Dakar dual sport last weekend. Very cool.
