im impressed that the zero got 4th overall. thats pretty cool, and i hope it starts to happen out here.

the only thing i could see being a problem with 50 founds of torque would be excessive wheelspin on low traction tracks. i guess one reason the bike isnt recommended as a jumper is because the frame isnt built to take the abuse.

it's walls arent as thick as a fullsize bike's, which is why its so light.

at 150 pounds though, that would make an amazing freestyle bike, if it could take the hits

Hmm, all those years of making pipes quieter, and now the new trend will be to make more noise I must admit i'am liking the prospect of less engine maitenance, or not Besides the battery charger and a set of brushes what else can go wrong, maybe a bad earth

ha ha Pete, I didn't say I wanted to run the sound @ 96db -- 80 would be fine.
