Default Saturday Dec. 1st. Southwest MX or Three Palms anyone?

So, next Saturday, i'm really wanting to ride.

And i'm pretty sure i can...so does anyone want to meet up at either Three Palms or Southwest MX?

I kind of want to go to Three Palms because i already know it's awesome there..
But i also want to try out Southwest, because it looks pretty good aswell.

So, i guess i'll let everyone else decide.

Anyone?

I was planning on SW, Steven. How far of a drive is that for you? About the same as coming here?

Whatsa matter...you don't like playing in the mud?

Cold? Are you kidding, 45 is perfect riding weather. Shoot, last year we rode Nocona and it was 27 or 28 degrees out for the better part of the day.

Actually I think its a warm front, according to the long range forecast it will be in the mid 70's this weekend, along with a chance of rain.

Gah.
Warm and rainy is worse than cold and rainy.

Do they still let you ride in the rain there??

Aghhh!!
This isn't going well.

I shall make the story short.
I ordered the plastics last Wednesday, and i called today just to make sure i'd get them by Friday, and...she said the rear fender is no longer available..and the side panels are backordered until the 17th.

Great.
The two things i need they don't have.

So, i switched out the rear fender to a UFO instead of Acerbis..and i'm just going to wait for the side panels, since all of the other ones are $41 and the ones i got are $7.

Sooooo, it looks like i'm not going to have my plastics for Saturday...

And..my rear fender has about...an inch left that's still attached...
And the side plate got ripped off from the hole out...

So..
I don't know if i'm going to be able to rig it up enough to ride Saturday...

But, i'm going to try my hardest and i'll let you know.

Where there's a will there's a way. I lost my right number plate out on the GP track a month or two ago and rode half an hour more without even realizing I lost it till I got back to the track. I beat the hell out of my number plates too, and that's probably why it fell off. Worst case scenario superglue some washers in the hole, then put the bolt through that. You can do it

Hmm..but it like..ripped from the outside...
As in..

It left a piece like..on the bolt..and no piece on the plate itself..make sense??

But i think i can probably figure something out.
If not i'll pretend i'm riding a bike and hop around.
