You guys are gonna be gettin' obnoxious.:D

Actually, I'm a Reardon fan after seeing an interview or two. Either he has been taught all the right things to say or he is just a good kid all the way around. I'm inclined to think the latter.:thumb

Yeah, Reardon seems like a good kid. Is he going to run the whole Arenacross series?

That's a good question. I didn't even realise he was racing the AX at Reno until I saw the results. From on interview at RacerX I get the feeling it's just a race to ride instead of training for a weekend.

It wasn't the full team. He said it was just him, his mechanic and trainer out of the back of a ute.

Apparently RR17 was pretty unlucky this weekend crashing out. :(

This is so impressive:

"I’ve put the effort in and life is short. I’ve worked my whole life to get here. I’m not here to party. I’ve worked hard to achieve my goals and make them happen. It’s been a block-by-block process, but it’s happening and I’m happy."

Since I didn't see his name int he results I was going to ask about RR. Still a long ways to go int he series and he can make up a lot of points.

Re: Reno Arenacross Results

I love the last line of this paragraph in the interview.:D

Do you know the other Australian racers who are based here well?
No. I donít know them, really. I donít know [Chad] Reed at all. I know [Andrew] McFarlane a little better. Byrner [Michael Byrne] Iíve met a couple of times. [Brett] Metcalfe I know pretty well as I stayed with him for a week last year before the Motocross des Nations. But itís not a bad thing, though. I mean on the track you donít really have a lot of friends. Iím sure Iíll get the opportunity to get to know all of them.
I'm sure he's talking about "on the track".:D Go Dan!:rockout
