I did (or used to) Run Racing Technologies [R-Tech] 110 leaded fuel. Just remember to mix it 50/50 with 92 octane pump gas

Because, if you run too high of octane, and the jetting's off. You can blow up the engine.
that's why you mix it 50/50 to bring it down to about 105ish (i think)

The octane of your fuel has nothing to do with blowing a motor. Switching from one fuel to another can affect your jetting though. So it is best to pick a fuel and jet for it. Mixing race gas and pump gas is just a way that some people try to save some money and get a higher knock resistance than pump gas at the same time.
