Default Questions for all you road racing buffs

I am watching the GPs and such on these superbikes and seeing guys coming into hard right turn, I see them take their foot off the right peg, and yet, the back tire is sliding as if under max braking. So whats the deal, single brake control with ABS like the BMWs?
Just flaunting my ignorance once again.

Hard on the front brake with the back tire just barely skimming the ground. Rear brake does almost nothing with the geometry of a sportbike so most don't even use it.
Rossi popularized the "leg dangling" into the corners and I'm not sure what its purpose is but lots of the younger guys do it now.

the purpose of 'leg dangling' is simply to get more weight to tip the bike into the corner. when your doin those speeds making them turn in gets harder, also the more wieght you can get over, the quicker youll tip in, the later you can brake.

It is amazing how precise those guys are.
I have another question/observation about Marco Simoncelli last race but dont know if it would be proper to discuss in this forum.
