I don't think you would be able to cause those bikes are supposed to be very exspensive. I'm prety sure you could do that with kawaski though...

Do you race for team Yami? Is that you #22? No switching to a 450 will not make you faster than Ricky.

What the?????? that don't make sense.

Guys, it all depends on your contract with the team. It involves politics and lots of it.

I was just saying that I don't think yamaha would allow anyone to change bikes half way through the season.

They let James do it with only one race left and he already had the championship in his back pocket. Didn't mean to start any trouble.

Yeah you can.

They do it fairly often, but also it takes months to set up a bike to the level the pro's ride at so it's kind of a big hassle for them to do it.

LOL, I bet RC on a 125 would still smoke ya. This is not a personal attack on you, just merely pointing out that lap times do not change considerably between the 125 and 250 class.

I could beat Ricky in a race.... if he gave me a 20 minute head start. The only reason that the 125 lap times are so close to the 250s is beacuse most of the bikes in the 125 class are 250s. Besides I'm talkin about a real 125 not those factory bikes but one fresh from the dealership without any mods, like say shaving the seat, lowering the suspension. Oh and he can't have anyone hold the bike for him while he gets on.... now thats what I call a fair race.

Yes, you can switch bikes from race to race if you choose, but it is not advised. Ferry did it a few years ago switching from the 450f to the 250 after he had a scare on the 450f.

Don't take this the wrong way, I am not questioning your mx knowledge but......do you seriously believe that is the reason 125 and 250 laps are close?
