Default putting on new graphics

I was wondering if I have to buy new plastics to put on new graphics, or if there is a way to get the stock stuff off. I am just trying to find a way to save $100 buck s I guess, but my stock plastics are in good shape so If there is a way someone please tell. thanks

They should pull off with some effort. I you are tearing them you might try a hair dryer first. I've never had much trouble getting the old graphics off. I've also heard of guys putting them in the oven at about 250 degrees for a bit. Never tried it myself.

As Jedi said, a hair dryer should do the trick for removing the old graphics, if there is any residue left then some rubbing alcohol should take care of that. Now for installing them, Woody 393 has an excellent post in the KB

Yeah, try a heat gun or blow dryer, but I'll be honest the blow dryer does take some time.
