Default Pro Circuit v Factory Connection which is the best?

Well I should be receiving my forks back from Factory Connection the first of next week. I am having them revalved, new .46 springs, fluids, polish fork tubes, etc

Who on the board runs FC or Pro-Circuit and how did you like the new suspension? Was it worth the money? Is one better than the other? Could you tell a big difference in the quality of the ride?

Also, now I am in the market for a new set of clamps. I really love the Pro Circuit. Anyone have a suggestion?

I really think that it is a personal preference on the clamps. Universal, Applied, PC, FC, Tag....They all rock! If you don't mind telling, how much for the revalve and springs....complete?

I'm in real need of suspension work!!

Not as much as you would think:

255.00 for the revalve and rebuild
15.00 for the fluids
94.95 for the springs
-------------------------------
364.95 - Total

Yep.....shock is next...I figure I would start at the front and work my way back..LOL The front was where I was really needing it considering the bike comes from the factory setup for a 170 lb rider with .43 springs

I had the full FC job done on my CRF250. I really didn't think they could make the stock sus. better, I was wrong, it's incredible. FC has unbelievable service. I had a fluid change done on the rear shock of my CR125 last year at a race( they have a support rig at all of our races) and the next day I had all kinds of problems with the shock. I called Steve at FC and he said to ship it back, the next day he called me and said the head seal blew and they rebuilt the shock at no charge and even paid for the shipping! FC does nothing but susp, PC has thier hands in everything. Factory Honda, KTM, Kaw, and Suz all consult FC when they have problems with their susp. FC even showed the factory Showa techs how to make the forks plush with out loosing bottoming resistance on the CRFs.

Save your money on the clamps and get your rear sus. done first. The clamps won't make you any faster.

Thanks so much for the input geek, maybe I should have consulted you and Dell before about the shock

I should also say, I have had nothing but a great experience form FC, they were there to answer all my ?'s and offer any support that I needed in making the right choices for my application. You will not find many large companies that cater to the "little" man in promoting their product
