Plastics Question

     

will the plastics off a newer KX like an '02 or '03 model fit my '99 KX250?

Generally I wouls say if they look more or less the same they will, as soon as the look a bit different the holes will be different..

Well works as a rule of thumb for me on Yamaha's

Probably not, they like to make things like that difficult so they can make the money off of you in case you want to trade around or make you get the newer bike if you want the look.

because i saw an ad in dirt action(aussie bike mag) and the aftermarket kawasaki plastics were the same product number and were called "KX250, '99-'02" so that just leaves me to wonder...

im thinking about goin the no stickers and just plastic look... it really suits kawasaki's

Well then it sounds like the '02's will work. Same as the '99.
