Default Open Class, Enduro, Onroad/Offroad

     

i know a little about dirtbikes and how they work, but with all the new designations i cant tell which bike is supposed to go in which class. could someeone tell me how to tell the differences between certain bikes: suzuki info would be helpful.
RM-RMZ
DR-DRZ
RM-RMX
DR???S
what do the S, X and Zs mean?
i am thinking that the z means 4-stroke but the S and the X i have no clue about
any help out there???

RM=2-stroke motocross model
RMZ=4-stroke motocross model
RMX= 2-stroke trail model (think it has the same motor as the RM but not sure)
DRZ= 4-stroke trail bike
and I don't know about the dr or drs.

YAMAHA:

yz 85/125/250 = 2 stroke motocross bike
yz 250/450f = 4 stroke motocross bike
ttr 90/125/230/250 = 4 stroke trail bike
wr 250/450f = 4 stroke trail model
xt = 4 stroke on/off road model


HONDA

cr 85/100/125/250/500 = 2 stroke motocross model
crf 250/450 = 4 stroke motocross model
crf 250/450x = 4 stroke trail model
xr 50/70/80/100/150/250/400/650 (now crf)= trail models

KAWASAKI

kx 85/125/250/500 = 2 stroke motocross model
kdx 200/220 = 2 stroke trail model
klx 125/250/400 = 4 stroke trail model
kx 250/450f = 4 stroke motocross model

SUZUKI

rm 85/100/125/250 = 2 stroke motocross model
rmx = 2 stroke trail model
rmz 250/450 = 4 stroke motocross model
drz 125/250/400 = 4 stroke trail model

KTM

sx 85/125/250 = 2 stroke motocross model
sxf 250/450 = 4 stroke motocross model

I know I have forgotten a few but that's all I can think of right now.
