Default oil coming out breather hose need help

when the bike is runing oil spits out of the crankcase breahter hose.
Also all i have done to the bike is put a new npipe on and idle screw on it.
Another thing is it has never done this before and i have not started the bike in 3 weeks. Can someone tell me what is wrong or why it is doing this. One last thing is that this is john (madcow) not kickindirt.

Hmmmmmm, the same thing happened to my 80... I turned it off, left it for a few hour's and started it and it stopped. I am stupid and did'nt care and went riding. The bike lasted another year with out replacing anything and then i sold it. You might have blown a crank seal, sucking in air and blowing oil out of your breather hose. I am going from what i was told. Dont do what i did and left it, depending on how bad it is you might be left with a gear box seizure

The breather tube is spitting out all the excess engine oil you put in.

Next time you change your oil, make sure your putting the right amount in.

qwertsta.....
Don't get so hot & bothered.
I believe there are only 2 reasons the oil comes out the breather hose.
There is too much fluid in the trans chamber or the chamber gets pressurized.
Think about it.

My YFZ had the same issue after I did some engine work. Problem was the crankcase pressure increased and my venting wasn't correct. Make sure you don't have any kinds, etc. in the vent hose. Have you modded the stock vent hose at all?

Question Re: oil coming out breather hose need help

Tryce,
A 2004 RMZ 250 (John's), no further blow out what so ever. Vent hose is clear and no kinks in the routing. Does not seem to be frothing the oil when we checked it several times Saturday and Sunday. Any tips or things I should be watching/checking? I am always ready for expert advice.

Bill
