New stock piston for 1980 Honda?

well this kid brought the bike in i'm supposed to get, the engine was seized, so i took the spark plug out to look in side and the spark plug was the wrong size (too long) and popped a hole in the piston and demolished the damn sparkplug, well i don't have hardly any money and i was wondering if i could get a stock style piston for this?? is it too old, do i have to get and aftermarket style one??? the Bike is a 1980 Honda XR200 4 stroke, i need to get a piston for this for under 40 bucks total, i'm gonna go by our local honda store but i was wondering if they even make them anymore god i hope so. this will be one badass bike if i can get it running!!!! were gonna hone out the cylinder if the walls are still okay if not i might just trash it or say screw it and throw it all back together with a new piston and call it good!!! and see if it satrts of course!!!
