Default New Start!

Some may have read in my last thread about the possibility of a move into 'better' housing and more importantly for me... A nice big MAN CAVE haha we got the call today and the unofficial move is 3weeks away.....

So how does this relate to ATM?? Well, my search has been to find a place with a good garage to setup my man cave of corse this had to be considered among cost/location/other necessities/keeping the sister happy ( we share house together ) and a few other factors...
It'll be a while before I get my garage setup, but I am looking forward to having my own garage, that's dust FREE, big and has direct access to the house ( for those late night snacks and cups of coffee )
This also means a fresh start on the bike front, I'll still sell the thumper and some bits to help fund the XR and setup the garage but most of the money will go towards a new bike and who knows.... This die hard four stroke head might just get a smoker exciting times

And thanks ATM and all members for letting me share

Thumper to smoker ,, aye???
Maybe pick up an extra rear fender. JK

Glad to hear you are in positive spirits. I love my garage. Definitely better than open air. I remember rebuilding trucks in the drive way. Takes the fun out of it in a hurry.

Congrats on the future move.

Thank you all for the positive responses!! It's a breath of fresh air for me to be moving away from the rust ridden sea front home and setup again!! So excited about this move... Signed the papers this afternoon and keys on the 26th June!! Yes!!
In the meantime I'm cleaning up the Yz and getting it up for sale
Plus starting the process of packing to move.....

Well three weeks have flown by and we have moved pretty much everything and I just have to move the bikes and last few things in the shed!!!

Tonight I'm going to spend some time figuring out how I'm going to set up my shed
Needless to say I feel so blessed!!!

That's awesome. By now you should be completely done, no?

It's nice when a plan comes together!

The XR? No not quite done. But getting into the shed and sorting out the boxes of junk for the old project has been a good start. With a stroke of luck I'll have my work station setup.

I did drop off the wheels for new tires so probably next week I'll be looking at a nice rolling chassis!! I also ordered the front brake rotor and am in the process of getting the gas tank sorted out...
