Thumbs up New Husky Colors

I have gotten flamed before for putting info about my Husky on this site (which is why I don't come here often), but I thought I would share with you guys what the new Husky colors are going to be in '06. Also, Husky has new, revolutionary bikes on the rise....How does a 42lb (with electric start) 46 HP 250f engine sound. Once again I have to say that the big 5 just became the big 6.

That is actually the 450 that they are racing in Europe right now.

It's pretty much a stock '06 engine. The main difference is the Akrapovik exhaust.

Nice looking bikes

Gitch,
Good to see you here again. I hope no one is dumb enough to flame a post about Huskies anymore. Those old school color schemes are cool. I liked the white fender Sweedish models in the mid to late 70's. Glad to see that color scheme returning for Husqvarna. Seems like several models will have a retro look available.

The technical items are pretty good on those bikes. It seems like Husqvarna has gotten back on track in the last three years. I hope the XC bikes are as cool as the MX models are.

Bill

Hey Gitch, don't let 1 or 2 off the wall members deter you from a great site, consider the source (they don't know what they are talking about)

Husky going back to their old color is great.

Thanks, SF, I won't let them get to me. Your right, most young people don't know what husky was to the industry. And there are just so many people who are close minded and are only able to see the Big 5.

I am really excited about that is happening with Husky. Big things are in the works and they are really going to turn dirtbiking (and SM) up on it's ear.

Thanks for the welcome back Florida393!

My uncle used to have a Husky 360 many years ago. They seem like very cool bikes. It'd be neat if they made a comeback someday.

...The 05's are sweet looking btw.

Those colors are nice. I don't understand why they waited so long. The stuff before was heinous.

I remember as a kid in the early 80's there was a Husqvarna shop in town. Going there was like a religious experience for some reason. I was in awe of them. I wished my Honda CR 125 was a Husky CR125. LOL

But at the end of the day you're still riding the ugliest bike on the track.

Lol Spit, you love pushing buttons don't you?
May I remind you that your riding a 1997 bike, I think I would rather have a '06 "ugly" bike over my '01 "normal looking" bike if I was given the choice.

Oh yeah, I would love to own one, I'm sure they're awesome bikes, just, they're ugly, that's all. I don't really care about a bike's looks.
