White Brothers makes these for the YZ400 as well. The sleeve slides in the exhaust flange of the header pipe and is reported to improve throttle response and trade a little high rpm h.p. for a little more torque. Does it work? Don't ask me....I'm with you the CRF has plenty of torque with the red powerband installed!

I've heard a blue powerband works wonders on the CRF's. But then again, it was Satch that told me that.:

They are also known as anti-reversion cones. And I can't believe I am saying this but in SOME applications they actually work. Tdub

Interesting....here I thought somebody was trying to pass wheel spacers off as performance parts. Sounds like an icat device.....some notice but others don't.....but what do I know...just wanted to see what the fellas/girlz would have to say.

Bates....me thinks youse is sturring the pot.
Listen to ol Tdub. Some bikes will get more low end torque but remember you don't get something for nuttin.
All it does is choke the exhaust which in some cases gives more "low" end torque. Top end is another story.
