grabit NEW Cody Strout update

Here is the email from his parents!!!

Hello Friends and Family, As some of you may know this past Thursday was Cody's checkups, including his MRI. We are very pleased and proud to report everything is great. There is no sign of his tumor or cancer!!! We now enter into the next stage of checkups which mean his MRI's move to once a year for the next 3 years. Cody is doing very well. It feels so good to have our 'Cody' back. He feels well, he smiles, he is outgoing and ambitious. He looks to the future and talks daily about getting his licenses to drive. He talks about joining the guard after high school and continuing school. Although he is undecided as to what he wants to be when he grows up, he hopes the guard will help him on that path. To say he is busy is an understatement right now. He is playing baseball, has joined FFA, FCA (Fellow Christian Athletes) Boy Scouts, Firefighters and Police Explorers. Cody is looking forward to this summer, as I think we all are! We are so very proud of him, he is truly a miracle. We know God has great plans for him. Please pass this update on to anyone I may have missed sending it to. Thank you to everyone who has opened there hearts to Cody and our family. Thank you is such mere words to our gratitude for all of your prayers, past and present! God Bless and hugs to everyone, Cody, Josh, Shell and Erin

** Such awesome news and I am making my annual St Louis trip next weekend for the SX. I will be having lunch with Cody and his mom on Friday and I am soooo excited and can't wait to give him a big hug. YEA Cody.....you are simply amazing!!

Good news Ceri. May be a silly question, but is Robbie racing Sat night? I'm a little behind on SX this year.

That's really great news. I also agree that a current picture would be cool, it's been a while and kids grow so fast at that age!

Hey Cody,

It's good to read that all is well. I'm very happy for you and the family that your recovery continues to progress well. Hopefully you can make it to another GMB someday and lay a whoopin on all of us!!

Ernie

Cody,

Good to see you young man. Been wondering how you've been.

And I agree, sell the 65. Bigger is always better.
