Default new bike!?!? (april fools)

alright, for about a month now my parents have been taking interest in the local dirtbike retailer (mt baker motorsports) for a while, and are aware that i want to race motocross. so, today, to my total suprise they brought me in, and let me pick one bike to bring home! so i got a '10 rmz 250!!! i love it so much!!! its so stupid fast its unreal. although not as fast as my rm250, its got ALOT more bottom end power!! so much more controllable, i cant want to go hit the track and some trails!! then they told me that if i want to keep it i have to keep my grades up, and race as many times as i can. although mom isnt as excited about this as my dad is... my dad also picked up a used yamaha v46 magnum! THING IS CRAZY FAST!! so ill get pics up soon!! hopefully this season goes well!!!

Congrats..... but you just got a 4-stroke! Welcome to the new century, they are wicked fun. My 96 CR250 should be together tomorrow supposed to be 70 degree's going out to play and see how it is.

Enjoy your bike and maybe now you will understand why the race bikes are 4-strokes

Thanks
Scott

Awesome Super! I'm really happy for you. You seem like a really good kid, and I think you deserve it! Keep those grades up though!

Took me a while..... I was old school 2-stroke, they will make you a better rider though smoother. Remember smooth and roll on the power, in my case I use a lot less clutch on my 4-stroke. I also short shift to keep it in the power and don't be afraid to lug it a little and find where it will pull hard from the lowest range.

Thanks
Scott
