Default Motocross Training Videos

Has anyone heard of Gary Semic's Motocross Videos? If so, are they worth the money? Does anyone know of any other training videos that might be better or cheaper? Holler back

I've thought about buying some traiing videos but came to the conclusion that I could just watch races and how the pros do it to see if I can pick things up. Not sure it's working but hey it's a thought. Let us know if you guys think these videos are worth the money.

I have all the Semics vids from the first series he made, they have a lot of useful info. They are a little outdated but all the techniques are still good and after watching these vids and then watching the pros (like RC) I see a lot of what the instruction video's teach. I would suggest getting Semic's 1st, 2nd, the cornering, jumping and bike setup vids. The rest are not really needed in my opinion.

I think I am going to order the 2004 Semics video. Does anyone have it, is it worth the 30 greenbacks for the info?

If you share it, please share it offline. ATM doesn't need any bad pub, and don't want any part of it.
