I had a good day. I rode four motos(all on the big track). I usualy just ride on the practice track but I'm trying to get better for the GMBII. I can clear a few jumps but I have trouble with step ups. Oh well I still passed my dad no prob :

It went great! Good friends, ridin' and food. I feel great! Although the quality is poor, thought you guys might like to see what Southern Illinois woods riding looks like. Oh, and I rode an 03 YZ450f. WOW! Talk about some ponies......

that looks like a good place to ride.
I had they day that you dream about today at the track. There was a light rain so it was all perfect, but it gets better because there's an Arena Cross in town there were about 10 people at most at the track. for the first 2 hrs. there were like six. Ill take a pic tomorow if its like it was.

I WISH! With a kid starting college this year and all the other bills I got there's no way! Truthfully, at 43 years young, the old reflexes might not keep up with one of those bad boys. Uh, of course, maybe i could get used to it? I have always contemplated my next bike and right now it's a toss up between a 250 mx'r or a nice late model KDX. And after riding that 125KTM the other day I'm sure I would be a candidate for their 200..... Decisions, decisions....... Come down anytime dude!

How did it go today?

Well after I spent all day yesterday working on the Vintage Maico, Getting ready for the series opener. Putting on a set of new sprockets & chain, Checking the brakes & puting in a new twin-air filter & all the other stuff you need to do to a 22 year old race bike.

We got rained out!

Didn't rain here, but I was in the mountains riding quads, as I left the bike home so I wouldn't have to tell my family NO, they couldn't ride it. I'm getting cranky since it has been over 2 weeks since I have riden my bike, and I can feel it.
