Default Hill climb video with some home boys...

You guys wanna see the people I live around out in Tooele UT? The first guy with the sweet beard is from TOOELE UT... That ladies and gentleman is where I live. However, I don't look like him... close, but not quite.

Great American Trophy Hillclimb Championship

Oh, and you will get to see McGrath too.

Billings Montana is my hometown--I was weaned on that hill as it is about 5 miles from where my folks live. Very fun event.

Now if only I could get Quicktime 6 to install on this thing to watch.....

This is where my adoration for the big bores came from. To be competitive in the hill climbs, a 500 was a must and I was too poor to have more than 1 bike, so the 500 was the all around. Put a set of swingarm extensions and a metal paddle wheel and there are few places that the 500 cannot go--and quickly, because they are also timed events

Bummer....looks like everyone is restricted to running rubber tires. Back when I was running them, the paddles were all metal--talk about roost!

Metal paddles... WOW, Ya, I can only imagine the roost from those buggers... The paddles they have seem pretty hairy as it is...

No comments on the boy from my town? fortunately, I haven't seen him around town, but I've seen lots of look a likes. He looks like he's a pure bread.. You can spot them from miles.

Don't get me wrong, I like where i live a lot, but those guys are funny. Good Ole small town USA.

Woody, I am not sure what I liked better...the bus with a camper shell in it backwards, or the drunk chick about to fall over

This thread made me homesick, so I went in search of a video that does the hill a little more justice. In this one, there is even a Kawasaki triple! My favorite. You cannot mistake the distinctive sound of a 2 stroke triple!

Here is the link:
