exactly!!!
If you get pulled over you say "am i under arrest" if not "then may i go"
the less word exchanged the better! i learned this lesson the hard way.

Last time a neighbor complained about me riding, i called the cops and complained about his excessively loud lawn mower. Havent heard a complaint from him since.
