Forecast called for T-storms all day last night. Wake up at 6am, and it's a beautiful outside. Waiting for my wife to get back from the store, and I'm gonna throw the bike in the truck for a couple hours of trail riding.

Happy fathers day everyone.

Same back at ya

Dane,
Thanks for the well wish and the same for you. I definately got exactly what I wanted, track time with John at Irvington . Beautiful day with sunny skies, 92 degrees and 85% humidity which is actually a good day here . We had a blast. Both bikes ran strong and the track was 100% traction with some good riders there.

I hope all the ATM dads had a great day too.

Bill

Well.....gotta say fathers day is a gas.
My son is coming over with his new girlfriend and my grand daughter.
My grandson is coming over with his new girlfriend.
My other grandson is coming soon as the surf dies down.
My daughter and son-in-law are coming with the tequila.

We will again have a good time, make fun of each other and bench race.

This is a very proud time and I'm blessed.
Thank you lord.

WOOHOO! I certainly did my favorite thing for Father's Day. How about a ride report, Bill. No crashes I hope? A little friendly roosting maybe? Getting roosted by the fast guys?
Happy Father's day all. I hope yours was as good as mine. Er, well, as good as Main's. He might have us beat.

Okay Jedi,

David,
First as to John: he is getting faster and smoother all the time . Monica takes he and Austin out on Thursday's to practice so he is getting seat time (My wife is so wonderful to us). A local a rider spent some time with John yesterday working on his turn speed. Super young man named Mitch from Mobile. AL.

I did okay for an old man. I made my two practice motos okay, even managed to get a little air on a few jumps. The whoops were as fast as I have ever taken them. No explanation for that other than just holding on for dear life: . The new Hinson/EBC clutch was super, but those springs are stiff. Only dirt sample was trying to clutch on a panic stop into a turn and a slow drop resulted. She started right up and I rode on. First time I did my motos since the December surgery. I can still feel the loose plate in my back moving around on the whoops and jumps. Can you say arm pump?

We seem to have both bike's suspension dialed in good. The Race Tech springs front and reaar and some Yamalube 01 fork fluid did the trick for me. A good maintenance session followed the ride home. I cannot wait for the Dunlop 756 tires to come in. My 773 tires are worn out.

Afterwards John and Elizabeth grilled ribs and made french fries and cole slaw for supper.
