Default Group Buy on Thor Force Knee Guard

First off, we'll have to see if Madman can get them, and if he can, we'll see what kind of a deal we can get on them.

So far Me and Motoman are game to get them.

Here is the stats:

The finest kneeguard we've ever offered. The Force offers the most extensive coverage, comfort, and protection available in a kneeguard today. Designed for riders that require more coverage than conventional kneeguards, but less support than expensive kneebraces, the Force is in a class by itself.

• Dual pivot system- Exclusive dual pivot system mimics the action of the knee for incredible mobility.
• Flush-mount closures- Positive lock closure system reinforces the adjustable airprene webbing for a secure, comfortable fit.
• Injection molded kneecup- High density, molded kneecup offers superior protection.

SRP: $ 59.95

I think we need to get like 10 or so to get any sort of deal. I personally think the $60 bones alone isn't a bad deal, and no this isn't a real Knee brace, but something that we POOR guys/girls can get while we are waiting for to win the lottery.

There are quite a few people on this board that have used them and loved them. Click here to see what everyone thought.

Anyone else interested?

Excellent... I may call Thor directly and see if they will hook us up for like $50 each or so if ATM can't get them. I know the discount isn't much, but if we get it, it would be close to 20%, which is good IMOP.

6 so far.

Default Thor knees

Ya know the force knee guards are good. I have been using them for awhile now, the hinges on the inside of them do tear up your grafics on the tank, they are alittle bulky on the legs. They are a good added precaution for knee wear. I personnely love them and would not go without them. All this stuff about a group buy.whats up with that?? I'ts your knees, they run 56.95 why bother with getting a group buy deal together you could already be using them know. I am sorry for sounding so neg. about a group buy, on some things it does make sense to go for that, but on this deal it doesn't ..

Well IMO money is money, and if I can save $5 then that means I can have that $5 in my pocket. Why give it away if you don't have too?

I agree it isn't the biggest savings in the world, but it is still money that is in YOUR pocket instead of someone elses.

I know what you mean, it isn't like we are going to save boat loads of money... But, I look at it as an opportunity to buy them. I have been talking about them for at least a month and still don't have them. I have been talking about knee protection (which I still don't have) for 8 months.

So this for me is a way to get me to finally buy them. I think it also helps others who have been wanting to, but just haven't pulled the trigger, make that final step in getting a little protection.

Thanks for your thoughts on the knee guard. I appreciate it.

Yeah, I agree with ya Woody. I know knee protection is something I want, but I will probably keep putting off buying it. When I walk in the part department there are just sooo many other things I want

This way I am forced to commit to it

LOL, What exactly is a posy?

It was on the second page when I got in, and I don't want it there. So I bumped it. I won't be to 4000 for a while... That is still 250 posts away.... Okay maybe by the end of the week.

I would like to get this done this next week if possible.

No, but let me look around and see who has the best deal on them and I'll point you in that direction to get them. I'm going to order tonight if I can.
