Default GP Carbon levers

Has anyone had carbon fiber levers and are they any good? I am looking at some GP Short carbon levers on e-bay right now. Should I get them or not? What do you guys prefer short or long levers? Do you thing the carbon levers will bend easyer than regular levers?

Are you sure that they are carbon fiber? I saw some one time that were painted like carbon fiber...but looked pretty real.

use a short lever for front brake and a long one for clutch. I don't think they make a carbon fiber lever...it probably would just snap when it hit the ground rather than bend IMO...

I love short levers, clutch and brake. I don't see how carbon fiber can be THAT much more durable than aluminum, well, in this case anyway, I'd think that that tiny piece of C/F would have to break when a 200lb bike falls from 4ft in the air onto it, but you never know. If you're really worried about breaking levers, look into some ASV's or something.
