ive been having trouble with that too...the avatar you see that i have now i put on a long time ago and ive been trin to put a new one on the same way i did before and it says the image is too big......can someone put a good way to do it?? i mean downsize the pic to avatar level....

Sorry 'bout that. I forgot about that little prob.
Lesee, to get around that, when you open it (with whatever program you open it with), click "save as," and save the same file in GIF format vs jpg. I think that helped out if I recall correctly.
