Default Cross training, Endurocross and Enduro Techniques YouTube series

Has anyone else checked out these videos? I found them about a month ago and found them highly informative (and they have inspired me to build some obstacles at home and practice some of the techniques to improve my skills on the bike). I think some of these techniques would even be helpful for the folks that ride motocross. They also have some decent product reviews. Take a look! Be warned though, the narrator has a quirky sense of humor and there is the occasional swear word thrown in the videos so be mindful if you have kiddos around while watching.

Agreed! It's crazy how effortless those guys make the maneuvers look on a dirt bike. I was fiddle farting around on my KDX220 trying to do some of that stuff and it's FAR harder than they make it look

If you come on down and ride the Hatfield McCoy in WV, you'll get some good endurocross training.
It's like Disney for trail riders.

We have some pretty technical stuff up here. WV is a LONG road trip to get some dirt on the tires!
