Not a problem! Of course Shannon will school riders/racers of all ages. But if you come stay three days, I will make you work out with us in the AM and run 3 miles, lol.

I run on weekends, do about 3 miles now, so depending on the pace (pretty slow), I should be able to keep up. I just don’t want to be the only novice out there slowing down other folks, especially if I’m “learning” with semi-pros who aren’t getting their money’s worth because of me… the “sock full of quarters” from Full Metal Jacket comes to mind. I wouldn’t consider myself in bad shape, but for some reason, riding on an MX track just beats me down.

I know, after being on the track for the first time in two years, riding trails with no jumps just isn't the same. I'm not an extreme altitude junkie since I'm just learing to be fast enough with the controls to adust my attitude while in the air, but a little air is neccessary!

I`m no extreme altitude junkie either man,lol, I just like to go out and ride, have fun, and come home ..I love it!
