Ben, I would LOVE to go mate...
But to be honest, I really dont think it's gonna happen man

This is something we would Really have to think about!...
It's a little short notice.
I Suppose I could afford it, but it's not just the money, it's sorting everything out for the trip, it would be a Big trip!

First we would have to sort out the flight there and back.
We would have to find out how we are going to take our bikes with us then it's getting from the US airport (with our bikes) to somewhere local (near where GMB's going to take place)
Then we would need transport once we're there???
food, and everything else we would need...

Could you afford all this?

If you and Richie are up for it, and you can guarantee your both gonna' be able to pay for it, then I would try my best to come, because it Would be an Awesome holiday, plus we'd get to meet all ATM'ers, (show off some British talent lol)
No doubt we'd all enjoy it.

We would obviously all have to chip-in for all expences...

If you guys just got yourselves to it, I'm pretty sure that plenty of members here will be bringing extra bikes, so you'd have something to ride. Bringing your bikes along would be the greatest expense/PITA, but probably the one thing you don't need to bring.

Thumbs up Re: British GMB Trip

Ben, it would be awesome if I could make it but its really a bit short notice and I definatly couldn`t afford it this year, like Deano said its going to take a lot of careful planning and a bit of wonga. Go to the states is something I`ve wanted to do for years, to come over there and meet and ride with you guys and just be a part of the whole thing would be amazing! As for taking our bikes that would be crazy money, if worst comes to worst is there any place that does MX bike hire, I know you can go on trips off rode riding but can you just actually hire bikes?

I`ll sort out my MSN account and give you guys a shout

Later guys!

Team UK! GMB Splendora here we come...

BTW, Have a great Bank holiday guys!

Places to stay while at GMB

As for places to stay,I see "Big Maico" has took the liberty of posting a sticky,a list of places where we can stay and they are pretty close to Splendora which is perfect!

Cheers Big Maico

BTW, does any of us hold driving licences

Finding bikes to ride (whether this year, or the next, or the next, or the next... ) will not be a problem. If you guys could make it next year that would be very cool.

I would Love to hire an 06 YZ250F! That would be a dream!

Richie, Ben, GMB! Next year! what do you say?
I'm up for it!... 99.9%

We could start planning it in a few months, or when ever actually...
I'm sure a year is long enough for us to get everthing sorted for the next GMB.

Oh, I will have my driving license in about a month hopefully.
So we will be O.k for transport, as long as we could hire a van or a pick up or something to carry the bikes around (that's if we could get bikes on hire)
We would'nt just go to GMB, we could go to a few more tracks while we're there (might aswell make the best of it right?)

Anyway we'll talk more on MSN guys.
