Default Black Swingarm?

I have been thinking about getting a black swingarm lately, to go with my new graphics, black rear fender, and black frame that are in the not too distant future. Which would be better to do: paint it or powdercoat it? What would powdercoating cost? I can have it painted for free, minus sand blasting cost. As far as durability, which is the way to go?

Powdercoat- paint will rub off in crashes, and the powdercoat is very durable. Ask mecrazyperson about it

Why not anodize it? If it will work on rims, it will work great on the swingarm.

I think anodizing would be hard and expensive on a swingarm, but it can be done. There used to be a pic on TT of a WR 426 with an anodized orange swingarm...

I've been thinking really hard about getting my swingarm anodized YZ blue! I've also almost purchased the "black chrome" kit from Caswell Plating a few times but haven't had enough cash for the kit taht I really want.
