another strange question

ok if you are really into bikes and racing then you know their is alot of pratice involved. I mean bike racer's train harder than just about any sport. so the question is. with all that ridding around all the time, where do they get the exercise to stay thin and fit for the speed, tricks, and jumps?

where?:

well, i ride alot, (try to anyway...) and i also lift weights every other day for 90 minutes (school class) i also gave up drinking soda's as much, i still drink them but much less than i used to. i try to get as much physical excercise in everyday, whether it be to volunteer to move boxes for someone or mow some old lady's lawn for 5 bucks, whatever. also, walking about 5 miles per day helps!! (back and forth across my big arse school campus)

i figure that more excersise, spread out over the entire day keeps you in better shape than lots of heavy "working out" in a short time frame, kinda like most people think "well, i worked out yesterday for 2 hours so today i won't do my normal hour..." whatever, it doesnt work that way.

where, you ask, is any time of the day. i also ride BMX a ton, going 30 miles an hour pointed at a 4 foot tall wooden ramp with a 25 foot gap in between it defenitely works the leg muscles

that's cool. I wish I had a ramp. right now all I have is a small dirt hill. I plan on adding more dirt to it to make it bigger. I love doing jumps.
