AMA SoCal MX Series / WHOS GOING ?

Now its time to get fired up for the 2008 AMA Southern California Championship Motocross Series that will be here before you all know it (Starting in late June).

Thanks again for those that joined us last year, and look forward to more racers than that of previous years, with many more sponsors and prizes for the 2008 season. Keep posted, and look for some updates and new announcements that we cannot let loose of the information yet, or they will have to kill us.

There are many new classes, but the ones that are drawing the most attention are the VINTAGE, CLASSIC, EVOLUTION and DECADE MX classes that went through a trial run at several of the events last year with good results. We will be following AMA District 37 Grand Prix rules(not AHRMA rules), which are more realistic and should be more fair for everyone. So brush off the cobwebs of your old bikes and lets race some old school MX.

We will also have all vet, senior, magnum and super senior classes along with all mini and womens classes, also all of the regular MX classes following 2007-2008 AMA Rules.

Those of you that have raced the series in previous years, please chime in and share your experiences (good and bad), to try to help us make the series as good as we possibly can.
