hmm. I've never been brand loyal in my life. Assuming I hit the lottery and could purchase new......I vote CRF.

I have ridden hondas for several years, IMO the crf and yzf are both winners. There was an $800 price difference between the blue bike and the red one. Look what ended up in my garage.

I think you only have to drain the coolant for changing the oil filter, not the oil!! Still pretty anoying. They already have aftermarket pieces which make it easier ( to let the coolant where it is)

i would have to say kx250, not the 250f!!! kx250 2004 rules, the bike is light, handles like a charm, jumps great and if you tweak it a bit (pipe, silencer, reed valves) will make you a very happy man!

I said CRF...cuz if I could afford a new bike, that's what I'd get. But for now...I'll just hafta settle for blue...cuz that's what I'll have when I win that raffle!!

I would havce to say the Honda. They have been the leader when it comes to 4 strokes for years.

HOW CAN ANYONE COMPARE NEW TO EXPERIENCE, wouldnt you rather have a bike that been sorted out and fixed up, bug free, or would you choose these new bikes that dont compare in any way...if its just for a looks, trust me a better rider is what does it, not the bike

Hard choice,, I think I'd go with the Kawsuki,,, and they are the same bike so it should be one choice.. And what about the Husqvarna,, I know they are hard to come by, and dealers are far and few between, but I would actually perfer one of those if there was a dealer nearby.

Yep, you're right!! Didn't think about it when I posted it. sorry, my mistake. Probably the designers also wheren't thinking about it when they made it. Hey, maybe I can be a designer then!!!

I have to admit although I like the CRF250F the best looks wise I'm not so sure about the rest. One of the things I didn't like with the CRF450 was how it didn't rev like a 2 stroke I found that very difficult. It needed to be rode smooth to get max performance and I just couldnt get used to it. If I was going to buy another 4 stroke I think I would have to go with a higher revving engine if ya no what I mean.
With this banning 2 stroke thing sooner or later I will have to ride a 4 stroke!
