2001 yz125 vs 2001 cr125

Which is fastest? Which one has better handling? Which one is an overall better bike?

YZ is fastest
CR handles better on hardpack, in loam/sand I call it even.
YZ is better all around.

Just my opinion after having ridden both.

Agree totally with Shocknut.

Yamaha 125s and 80s have been good to us over the past few years.
Some good friends of ours ride Hondas and they have a ton of power. Our fairly stock YZ's feel just as comfortable as their mod Hondas though.

Both are great bikes, but overall the 01 YZ would be our choice since we own one!

I had a 01 cr 125 and all i can say it is not the best of the two. It had no bottom end, and it went the threw the alum. clutch plates like no other.

Both great bikes, but even though I own a CR I think I pick the YZ. Price difference may change my mind though.

i hate to admit it but the YZ is better. even though i ride red now i ctill know whats a better bike. the YZ 125 is usually one of the if not the best bikes. Honda's 125's never were very good and they still arent.
