There were all different speeds of riders there. Nobody passed any judgment of any sort.

I got just a few pics at Red Bud. Char and I stayed just long enough to get a few during 4th practice. We headed out soon after that.

Welcome to Buchanan.

We're there.

Char was so pumped she took a pic of her ticket.

The Leap.

Just after 1st practice. The roost on our faces doesn't really show up but it's there.

Hey Freak I'm snail paced compared to any of them and I didn't slow anyone down. Besides that it's not about the speed or bustin the huge jumps . It's about the friends you meet and the time you spend riding with them!!!! Try to make it next yr. You won't regreat it!! Besides you can show us how to wheelie the way you do, from what I've seen it's quite impressive!!.....Jerry

Just a few more.

Jer checking up for the little guy.

Charging up the face of LaRocco's Leap.

Up and over again.

Always a wipe out or two.

My favorite jump on the track.

Quick sidebar here, is there a preliminary date for GMB this year? I may not have anything to ride but that doesn't mean I won't be there.....actually what it means is I'll be there in comfortable close, comfortable "undergarmets" (riding shorts are to tight!), my butt won't hurt and I won't be sore the next day (s)!!

(truth is I'd rather be sore and riding)

This is sounding better and better!! I may even bring out a stogie and enjoy it with Howard! Thank you C.A.O.

And now, back to your scheduled thread!

What a great read...thank you guys. Since I kind of know both of you I can read the excitement in your words and that is WAY cool. I'm so happy you all had a great time, accomplished some goals and most importantly (in my mind) got to drive yourselves home. What a great experience and thanks for the excitment in your words.
