Unhappy Bye-Bye Dairyland MX - Pics!

so today the closest track for me, a nice 20 minute drive for me. officially closed today we had a great last riding day, a couple friends came out and had lot of fun riding, but its sad that it is gone for good

i was told by the owner that it was costing him too much in legal fees and court battles to keep it open so he shut it down

but to lighten up the mood, Ryan Capes(professional free styler and world record holder of jumping 310 feet) was out there today getting some riding in, so we hung out with him quite a bit today, had him sign a bunch of crap for us all and gave us a couple Monster energy drinks!

more fun with my brother:

i wonder if Ryan Capes is sponsored by Monster?

the track:

and the todays group:

RIP Dairyland MX

That reminds me, fathers day weekend. actually, it was on fathers day, I stopped into the local Top Food & Drug to pick up a fathers day card, and I saw Ryan Capes in there, We even parked right next to his truck and trailer. And by an act of god, we were behind him in the check out line

R.I.P. Dairyland.

Ahhh, I hate to see a good track go the way of the wind.

That one looks pretty good too.

yeah it was a really fun private track, alot of the really good local pros made it out there quite often so it was really cool to watch them ride

Hey Nick... great pics. Anna was looking at these with me last night and she said "That looks like a cool track."

Sorry to hear it's closed.
